Plan was approved and with this funding and great execution, the RSR team went on to drive over 34% of total consumer services group sales and was a key success driver to the UniCare overall business turnaround to profitability.


A Proposal for Re-engineering the LTC Career Agency Model at Genworth Financial.
This proposal was professionally received but not implemented. The following year in 2006 the Career Agency Model was shut down due to lack of production. I moved on to UniCare in Chicago, a subsidiary of Anthem, Inc.
